bOOKING/rESCHEDULING & cANCELATION pOLICY
Thank you for choosing Katalyst Fitness by Kayla Civello to support your journey in mind, body, and spirit elevation! We are dedicated to providing an exceptional fitness experience for every member of our community.
To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all clients, we have established the following non-refundable policy for both drop-in sessions and package redemptions.
Client Responsibility
Every client is personally responsible for managing their package purchases, drop-in bookings, scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling. Please read the following policy details carefully prior to booking.
Drop-In Bookings

Drop-in bookings for group fitness classes are non-refundable and non-transferable to another client.

All bookings must be made through the website—cash and Venmo payments are not accepted at this time.

If you experience any technical issues while booking, please notify KatalystfitnessbyKC@gmail.com.
Package Bookings

Clients who purchase packages through the website are fully responsible for scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling their sessions.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Package clients must cancel pre-booked sessions through their online Katalyst account.

Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the session start time.

Clients who fail to cancel within this 1-hour window will incur a $5.00 late cancellation fee, effective February 7, 2025.
Rescheduling Policy

Clients must reschedule at least 1 hour before the session start time.

If a session is not rescheduled within this timeframe, it will be considered redeemed and cannot be rebooked.
Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, unforeseen events, sick children in your care, or hazardous weather conditions, clients may contact Kayla via DM on Instagram or email (Katalystfitnessbykc@gmail.com)

In the event of a personal emergency that prevents attendance, clients may reschedule their session within 14 days.

After 14 days, the session will be forfeited.
Package Expiration

Packages expire 30 days from the date of purchase.

Example: A package purchased on January 1st will expire 30 days later on January 31st.

Extensions will not be granted under any circumstances, except in cases where Kayla must take unexpected time off without prior notice.
Transferability

Drop-in sessions and packages are non-transferable and valid only for the client booked.
Class Schedule Changes

Katalyst Fitness reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule, including modifications to class times and instructors. In the event of schedule changes, refunds will not be issued, and clients are encouraged to adapt accordingly.
